Butterflies and Sailboats?

A butterfly begins life as a somewhat homely creature and then, remarkably, emerges as a thing of beauty.  Conflicts in healthcare, properly managed, often provide an opportunity for improving communication and relationships, and with them, the experience of healthcare for everyone.

Sailing can only succeed well if everything works together -- the wind, the sail, the rudder, the waves, and everyone on board.  That, of course, is the goal of conflict resolution in healthcare.
